What is MIGHTY?

We are a zero-mile food delivery solution that makes quality snacks, drinks, and meals instantaneously available in offices so you can always be at the top of your game with the right nutrition.

I want MIGHTY! How does it work?

MIGHTY is free to download for iOS and Android devices - just search your app store.
You’ll need physical access to a MIGHTY Kiosk to use the service.

ORDERING
How do I order from MIGHTY?

If you have the MIGHTY App, ordering will take just a few seconds!
Be connected to the right MIGHTY Kiosk and browse available items.
Add them to the cart and checkout.
The MIGHTY Kiosk will launch the “Unlocking Sequence” in less than 30 seconds to give you access to your purchase.

Where is MIGHTY available?

MIGHTY is currently available in Lisbon and Porto (Portugal).
We’ll be expanding to Spain in Q2 2024.

What are MIGHTY’s opening hours?

MIGHTY is 24/7.
As long as you have access to a MIGHTY Kiosk, we’ll be there to serve you at any time.

What are the delivery costs?

There are no delivery or unlocking costs with MIGHTY.
Our job is to make bulk refills efficient so that the delivery cost is negligible on a per-item basis.

Is there a minimum quantity?

There isn’t a minimum ordering quantity.

Can I use the MIGHTY Kiosk without the App?

At this time the MIGHTY service only works through the MIGHTY App.

Who come there aren’t any surge prices?

Even though item prices might fluctuate over time in the MIGHTY App, we don’t spike prices at critical times because there isn’t any additional service overload at such times.

I ordered the wrong thing. Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change your order if the Unlock Sequence was initiated.
We do this to protect other customers from product tampering.

Can I cancel my order if I ordered from the wrong MIGHTY Kiosk?

It depends on whether your order was redeemed or not. By default, if the MIGHTY kiosk isn’t opened within 30 seconds after unlocking, it will lock its door and conclude the transaction.
If this is the case, we’ll be able to refund your order.

The product I want to order doesn’t show on the MIGHTY App?

If the product doesn’t show on the MIGHTY App it’s likely because the product has expired.
It should be removed from the kiosk in the next few hours as we time product expirations to match with fresh product refills.

The MIGHTY Kiosk door didn’t open, what should I do?

Even though it’s rare, hardware can fail sometimes. If the MIGHTY kiosk didn’t open, and you’ve confirmed the payment has gone through in your banking account, please use the app chat to notify us and we’ll open the MIGHTY Kiosk door remotely to you.

The product I took from the MIGHTY kiosk doesn’t match my order?

We all make mistakes. If you’ve taken a product that doesn’t match your order, please contact MIGHTY through the app chat. In case you don’t alert us, our anti-abuse software might consider your order invalid and sanctions will be applied.

What happens if I take unpaid products from the MIGHTY Kiosk?

If unpaid products are removed from the MIGHTY kiosk, our anti-abuse will identify your order as invalid, and penalty fees will be applied for T&C infringement. Repeated abusive behaviors can lead to account blocking.

How often are the vending machines restocked with products?

Restocking visits are turnover dependent. From telemetry and analytical software, MIGHTY plans refills to make sure your favorite delicious products don’t stock out.

PAYMENTS
Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently support Debit, and Credit cards, Meal cards (Edenred, Sodexo, and Coverflex), and MBWAY@. In a couple of months, we should support Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I pay in cash or a physical card?

We’re a fully digital platform, hence physical cards or cash can’t be used at the moment for this service.

I have a promocode. How can I redeem it?

Nice, promocodes are the best! You can redeem your promocode at checkout. There you’ll have a Promotions input field.

How does the referral program work?

As a registered customer, the referral program allows you to invite non-customers to the MIGHTY service where both of you get a 2€ credit. For the referral program to work, the invited customers need to insert your promocode on their first checkout and have a checkout value of over 5€ for the 2€ discount to kick in. Once they’ve completed the transaction, the invitee customers get 2€ credited to their account wallet to be used in orders above 5€ (checkout value before referral discount).

Are there any rewards or loyalty programs available?

Yes! We’re currently developing a tier system that will reward customers for their loyalty with direct discounts and cashback incentives. Stay tuned as this feature will be released in the next couple of weeks!

MIGHTY Account
How do I create a MIGHTY Account?

Easy! Download the MIGHTY App on the App Store or Google Play Store and follow the onboarding steps.

Do I need an account to use the service?

As of now, you need to have a valid account to use the service.

How are you processing my data?

Privacy is super important to us too. Please check our privacy policy which details everything about how we process and save your data.

How does the referral program work?

How can I get an invoice for my purchases?

Of course! All orders are invoiced within 24 hours. If you wish to have your fiscal data on the invoice make sure to go to your profile page and insert your TIN/VAT number, and address.

How can I delete my account?

We’ll be super sad to see you leave… But yes, you can delete your account.
Just email us at hello@trymighty.com. After a quick verification process, we will delete your account.

How can I turn notifications for my account?

Peanuts! Just go to the “Profile” tab on the MIGHTY App, and select “Communications”. There toggle the “Notifications” option to active (pink color). Accept the permissions request and your golden!
